Swimwear, sunscreen, and a towel are all you really need. Light, comfortable clothing is recommended — something that lets you feel relaxed and at ease throughout the experience. Everything else is taken care of. Just bring a good mood and be ready to enjoy the day.

Each cruise includes everything needed for a complete and comfortable experience at sea: snorkeling equipment, SUPs, inflatable water toys, and all required safety gear. Onboard, guests are offered snacks or meals depending on the cruise, along with coffee, water, soft drinks, beer, and wine. A few extra touches — like glowsticks for the evening — add to the atmosphere.

For safety reasons, pets are not allowed onboard. This includes all companion animals and guide dogs. Due to the heat, limited shade, and the risks involved during boarding and swimming stops, the environment is not suitable for them. Our priority is to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all — guests and animals alike.

Boarding, swimming stops, and movement around the vessel carry risks that make it unsuitable, even under parental supervision.

Guest safety and overall experience always come first. In case of bad weather, the skipper is responsible for deciding whether the cruise can take place. If a cruise is canceled before departure, it can either be rescheduled for another day or fully refunded. If weather conditions change unexpectedly during the trip and the cruise needs to end early, a 50% refund is provided.

All cruises depart from the port of Elafonisos, right next to the ferry dock. Exact location details and meeting instructions are shared in advance to ensure a smooth arrival and boarding process.

All our cruises are operated with a professional skipper and crew onboard. This ensures a safe, smooth, and well-managed experience, while allowing guests to fully relax and enjoy their time at sea.

The Morning, Afternoon, and Sunset cruises follow a fixed format and cannot be modified. Customization is available only through private bookings. Upon request and with adequate notice, elements such as route, menu, and drinks can be adjusted to match your preferences.

For our standard cruises, the menu can be adjusted with prior notice to accommodate allergies and health-related dietary needs. However, it cannot be modified based on personal taste preferences, as it is designed as part of the overall experience. For private cruises, menu options can be fully customized upon request.

“Unlimited” means guests are welcome to enjoy food and drinks freely, within the available onboard supply. When it comes to alcohol, the skipper reserves the right to limit consumption for any guest if their behavior is affecting their own safety or the experience of others onboard.

All crew members are trained in first aid, and the skipper holds the necessary certifications to handle medical situations onboard. In the event of a more serious incident, the appropriate authorities are immediately notified, and the necessary steps are coordinated to ensure fast and effective assistance.

Cancellations made in writing up to 12 hours before the scheduled start of the cruise are eligible for a full refund. In any other case, refunds are not available.

Bookings can be made up until the first cruise of the day begins, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, as spots are limited and cruises tend to fill up quickly.

No prior sailing experience is required. Basic swimming ability is recommended for those who wish to take part in water activities, but it is not mandatory to enjoy the overall experience onboard.

Cruises depart on schedule to ensure the full experience for all guests. If you arrive late, we may not be able to delay departure, and participation cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

At the moment, the experience is not fully accessible for guests with mobility limitations. Due to the nature of the vessel, boarding procedures, movement onboard, swimming stops, and sea conditions, it can be challenging to ensure the level of safety and comfort we aim to provide. Participation is based on personal judgment and comfort level, taking into account the nature of the experience at sea. Guests who choose to join during pregnancy do so under their own responsibility throughout the duration of the cruise.
